Zach was awesome and diagnosed the problem with our AC when no one else did. We have a 1 year old custom built home and it didn't cool last summer or this summer. Zach spent time analyzing the unit, our house plans, and the ductwork in the attic. He worked with our builder to correct all of the problems and we have a cool house. The workers were also respectful and left minimal dust behind. I highly recommend Zach and Texas Ace Heating & Air!

Today Texas Ace came to do my 6 month checkup on my new unit. Our Technician, Moe Herrera, notified us he was on his way and they were well within the window we were given. Moe was polite and professional, showing us how to change our filter for the future. He was very professional and demonstrated the utmost integrity. Our entire experience, from our installation a few months ago to the service today have been a pleasant and positive experience. I would highly recommend this company.
